05-2022 Ford Superduty F250/F350/F450 Billet Aluminum Series 2 front 4 link kit

How can we take our extremely popular series 2 front four link kit to the next level?!  By machining it out of 6061 billet aluminum!!!  You have to see these in person to really appreciate these billet four link arms.  Each one of the lower control arms begins its life as a 96lb blank of aluminum.  After its time in the mill it goes on a diet and is trimmed down to about 30lbs when finished.  4140 chromoly is used for inserts at the axle strap side for added strength and wear resistance.   The threaded insert for the Johnny joints are also machined from 4140.  

"Custom" paint or powder option available.  Machined pockets can be left bare or coated.
